You guys made our stay very comfortable. Lots of meats and bacon at breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bright bathroom and a mini bar, central heating and an iron in the room.

Breakfast at Le Jack, really not worthy of a 5-star hotel, nor of a 4-star hotel: no buffet, just 1 drink (hot or cold), one bread (burger or bagel) and one dessert (fromage blanc or fruit) per person to be taken at the bar. Unpleasant staff, uncleaned tables, and above all few or no seats at all (café open to outsiders).

It was reasonably clean place, staff were helpful, and I loved my fully renovated room. Lots of food at buffet breakfast including meats and bacon to order. Good service and a pleasant restaurant, available onsite.

The breakfast package was good value with a variety of choices each morning, and the use of the hotel car was convenient. The sound-proof windows and blackout drapes were fantastic for relaxation. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like Times Square and the Empire State Building added to the experience, creating great family bonding moments exploring the city.

Breakfast was included but it is a special breakfast called express breakfast which is not up to the standard of the hotel. There is no indication at the time of booking.

Compared to my previous stays, the service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with tours and ticket arrangements. the spacious room had a fantastic view of Times Square, making it a perfect spot for a girls' trip. the location was ideal, being close to various attractions like Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building. the customer service was top-notch, adding great value to the overall experience.

One area for improvement could be the temperature regulation in the rooms, as it was a bit challenging to adjust to a comfortable level. Some guests might find the high pillows uncomfortable and struggle with the lighting setup in the room.

I stay in this cozy hotel every time I'm in New York City, because location and people are very good. 42 Street-Times Square subway stop is within walking distance of the place, some 5 minutes on foot.

Recently stayed at a luxe spot near Central Park and Empire State. Ate fab food by a top chef, tried a fitness class by a Knicks player, and chilled at a rooftop lounge with live jazz. Even got some cool Valentine's swag. Room was sleek, cozy, and had a sweet roll-in shower. Location was prime for exploring. The chic minimalist design was on point. Loved the family-friendly vibe and the convenient services offered. Can't wait to go back for more scuba diving adventures!

This hotel provided us with a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were exceptional, with the Jacuzzi and entertainment being among our favorites. the room advantages were top-notch, with private facilities being an especially memorable aspect. the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel truly pampered.

We explored Nolita, a neighborhood that was fresh and hella fun, feeling like we'd stumbled into a cool secret spot. And ice skating at Bryant Park was lit, owning those rink vibes like a boss!

Yo, if there was one thing I'd ask for, it'd be an even bigger hangout spot for young party-goers. Like, picture a rooftop DJ or a dope club in the hotel - that would be off the charts!

The gym and health club usage were convenient and well-maintained, allowing me to stick to my fitness routine while away. Additionally, the restaurant and food/beverage services were top-notch, offering delicious meals and a pleasant dining experience. The gift shop also had a great selection of unique items to bring home as souvenirs. the variety and quality of the amenities made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and found The Knick exceptionally comfortable with spacious rooms and a giant shower. Great location near the subway and Times Square. Room lacked a coffee maker, expensive dining, and street noise. Overall, a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Would return.

Located somewhere in between banks, this hotel offers a perfect location in the heart of the action, just off Times Square. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The staff is attentive, providing excellent service and serving tasty breakfast. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the city from their room, and take advantage of facilities such as a big TV and tablet.

Only one minor negative aspect, some guests had issues with the noise level in the hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel right on Times Square and near the main transportation hub in NY. the Knickerbocker exceeded our expectations with its well-equipped rooms down to the smallest details. the level of execution and service was outstanding. Our room was large, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel provided water daily and the shower was amazing. the staff was friendly and even printed our boarding passes. We enjoyed a nice view from the top of the roof and the air conditioning kept us cool despite the hot weather outside. the location was excellent, with Times Square just around the corner and minimal street noise.

The rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms and automatic shades for privacy. The service from the concierge and front desk staff is excellent, providing great assistance during the stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a rooftop lounge and bar, as well as a fine dining restaurant, adding to the overall luxury experience.

The hallway carpets seem worn off, presenting a potential tripping hazard for guests.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, from the warm reception at check-in to the helpful concierge who assisted with printing theater tickets. The coffee shop in the lobby served the best cappuccinos. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!
